About today's speaker: Laura Di Panfilo is Associate Rector at St. Paul's Episcopal in Mt. Lebanon, PA, and the host of the podcast And Also With You. She grew up in Massachusetts and is a graduate of Emory University where she completed a BA in Women’s Studies and Religious Studies. She earned her Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary and her Master of Arts in Ministry from General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in New York City. She was ordained a transitional Deacon in June in New Jersey, and was ordained to the Priesthood at St. Paul’s in December 2019.
Laura worked as a chaplain at a trauma hospital in Trenton, New Jersey prior to her time at St. Paul's. Laura is also a certified Kripalu yoga instructor and has taught classes in both yoga studios and churches. She lives with her husband Luke who is also a priest in the diocese, her pug and infant. At St. Paul's she coordinates Newcomers Ministries and also support the ministry of the Pastoral Care Commission and the Spiritual Growth Commission.

About today's speaker: Shana McCauley is Canon Vicar at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Portland, Oregon. She grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, an only child who was going to save the world as a journalist. After getting a journalism degree from the University of Washington, she meandered her way to a call to the priesthood getting a Masters of Divinity from Seabury Western in Chicago, serving in California, and then settling down in Oregon. She is half Korean and half Caucasian and the mom of three boys. She has recently taken up quilting and hiking (not at the same time, though that might become an aspirational goal).

About today's speaker: Caitlyn Keith is Associate Rector at St. Martin in the Fields, Columbia, SC. She grew up on the High Plains of Colorado but came East to attend the College of William and Mary where she earned a B.A. in religious studies, focusing on Hebrew scriptures and Christian ethics. Caitlyn was formed for priesthood at Yale Divinity School where she met Scott, her theater-maker husband. A lifelong Episcopalian, Caitlyn is proud to have served in the Episcopal Service Corps and on the United Thank Offering board. Previous side hustles have included rock climbing teacher, craft beer marketer, youth minister, and dog trainer.

About today's speaker: Stephen Isaacson is Prior of the Cornerstone Community, a lay Benedictine group within Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Portland, Oregon. He has served in many other roles in the Cathedral and is currently the Co-coordinator of Outreach Ministries at the Cathedral. Prior to his involvement with Outreach or the Cornerstone Community, Steve was Professor of Special Education at Portland State University, where he also served as Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Education. During his career in academia, he authored a number of juried publications and instructional materials. He is the author of the book Praying with Saint Benedict (Morehouse Publishing).

About today's speaker: The Rev'd Peggy Lo serves as the rector of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas. She is the incoming president of the board of directors of the Episcopal Parish Network (She hopes to see you at the next annual conference in Houston!). In her spare time she enjoys exploring the city of Austin- trying out coffee shops and trails and discovering great vegetarian options, theorizing about the MCU and other fandoms, and testing out new recipes.

About today's speaker: Roger Ferlo is president emeritus of Bexley Hall Seabury Western Theological Seminary Federation, and Scholar-in-Residence at the Newberry Library in Chicago. He holds an AB from Colgate University, where he serves as trustee emeritus. He received a Ph.D. in English from Yale University and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Colgate in 2010. He was for ten years rector of the Church of St. Luke in the Fields in Manhattan. Author of three books, he is priest associate at the Episcopal Church of St. Paul and the Redeemer in Hyde Park, Chicago, and an avid amateur cellist and pianist.

About the musicians: Matt & Erin Quarterman are Star Called Sun, named after a song by Soviet rock band KINO. They combine genres, instruments, languages and cultures: Erin (accordion, vocals) grew up in Indiana and Mississippi, and Matt (guitar, ukulele, vocals) grew up as an expatriate in Portugal and Ukraine. They met at a small Southern college and almost immediately began spending late nights on the steps of campus buildings teaching themselves songs and writing new music together. After a stint in Boston where Matt graduated from Berklee College of Music and Erin from Boston University, they now live in Seattle.
